Nursing is not just a profession — it is a promise to care, and we train our students to keep that promise.

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to Dr. Kolpe College of Nursing, Kolpewadi. As Principal, I consider it both a privilege and a responsibility to guide an institution where every student's growth — academic, clinical and personal — is taken seriously.

Nursing education demands discipline, empathy and a genuine sense of responsibility, since the care our students provide will one day directly touch human lives. At our college, we ensure this responsibility is instilled from day one — through a curriculum that stays true to INC and MNC standards, through skill labs and clinical postings that give students real hands-on practice, and through faculty who remain accessible and invested in every student's progress.

We believe strongly that a classroom should never be the only place learning happens. That is why our students are encouraged to take part in hospital training, community health camps, competitive exam preparation and campus activities that build confidence alongside clinical competence. Our continuous effort is to close the gap between what is taught and what the profession actually demands at the bedside.

To our students, I say this: be compassionate, be disciplined, and never lose sight of why you chose this profession. To our parents and well-wishers, I offer my assurance that this institution will continue to work every day to be worthy of the trust you have placed in us.
